1. Subscription Options & Billing
Monthly Plan: $20/month, billed every 30 days.Annual Plan: $200/year, billed every 365 days.The rate you sign up at will not change for the duration of your active subscription. If you cancel and resubscribe later, your new rate will reflect current pricing.
2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing [email protected]. Upon cancellation, you will immediately lose access to the ArtGirls library and the commercial license to use any downloaded files. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable, including for any unused time.
3. Digital Product Access
Active subscribers have access to a growing library of hand-lettered design files in multiple formats. These files are available for download during your active subscription only. Access ends immediately upon cancellation.
4. Commercial Licensing
While subscribed, you are granted a small business commercial license to create and sell physical or digital products that incorporate the designs (e.g., door hangers, signs, shirts, etc.).
You may not resell, distribute, or share the original files in any format. Once your subscription ends, your license expires immediately, and you must stop using any previously downloaded designs in new products.
5. No Refunds on Digital Content
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of this product, no refunds are issued, including for partial months.Annual subscriptions are a one-time payment and are not refundable under any circumstance.
6. Disputes & Chargebacks
Disputing a valid, authorized charge may result in revoked access, termination of your license, and a report to card networks.
